1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the 509 platform, you fully accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms form a legal agreement between the user and 509. The minimum age to use the platform is 18. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform.
- If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh, the local laws of that country will apply.
- Completing registration constitutes automatic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
Account Registration Requirements
To create an account on 509, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure.
- The name, address, and identification details provided at registration must be accurate.
- Identity verification documents may be required to verify your account.
- Account information must be updated immediately if any changes occur.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is the user’s responsibility. Passwords should not be shared with others. 509 is not liable if a third party uses your account without permission.

- Attempting to log in to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- We strongly recommend using a strong password for your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users of the 509 platform are required to comply with the following rules. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Prohibited Activities
- Operating an account with false information or misrepresentation.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial means to play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform’s system.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
4. Payment & Transaction Policy
Deposits & Currency
All transactions on 509 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Balances update instantly after the deposit.

Withdrawal Policy

Limitation of Liability
509 is not liable for the following:
- If a user incurs losses from their own in-game decisions.
- If service is disrupted due to internet connection issues.
- Issues related to third-party payment gateways.
- If account credentials are compromised due to user negligence.
